The 20 in 20 · A live workshop with Robyn Gooding
A live 60-minute workshop · for mothers building businesses

How I run a multi-six-figure business in a 20-hour week

(and school pickup is still mine, every single day)

Not a framework I invented to sell you. My actual calendar, my actual offer structure, the systems underneath them both, and the first things I would cut in a week like yours... opened up live for one hour. Then you decide what would change your business and life.

You're not behind and you are carrying too much.

Too many mothers are building their business in the cracks of a life that is already full.

Too many mothers are wearing every hat (CEO, marketer, bookkeeper, snack department) and calling the exhaustion "normal."

Too many mothers are watching the effort refuse to show up in the revenue.

Too many mothers were handed a business model built for someone with childcare, a team, a clean 40-hour week, and somebody else sorting dinner. You know the ones.

If the vision feels foggy and the word you keep reaching for is SIMPLE...

...then this hour was built for you. Not another course. Not a content plan. One hour inside a business that is deliberately small on hours and deliberately serious on money, run by a mother who refuses to choose between the two.

What we'll actually do in the hour

In one hour, we'll get done what you've been circling for five months.

  1. The 20-hour week, opened up. The alternate-weeks calendar (Tuesday to Thursday, 9 to 2), what lives in it, what got evicted from it, and why it works because it's small, not despite it.
  2. The offer structure that removed the ceiling. How the business stopped depending on 1:1 hours. What replaced them, and the one thing I'd never sell again.
  3. The systems that make it SIMPLE. What runs without me, what only I touch, the handful of tools that carry it, and the much longer list of tools that got deleted.
  4. What I'd cut first if I were you. The fastest wins in your business are subtractions. We'll find yours.

And I'm not holding the good part hostage for a pitch. The hour is the value. We'll get done in one hour what you've probably been thinking about for at least six months, and you'll leave with the whole picture, whether we ever speak again or not.

This is my third year working with Robs and what an incredible experience it has been. She has held me and my business through every stage of growth, and she helped me prep my business to take 4+ months off for maternity leave while it stayed profitable.Lira · South Africa
About a hundred businesses a month came across my desk for copy review, and that ran for years. Before that it was a Subway portfolio across Western Canada, then consulting work on Bay Street.Where "thousands" actually comes from

The whole thing is

Free

You get the live hour and the Q&A, and the replay is yours to keep.

There's no upsell maze here and no "doors are closing" theatre. There's no ticket for this one either. The 20 in 20 becomes a monthly workshop with a small ticket from October, and September is the first time we're meeting, so I'd rather earn that ticket than assume it.

This is your permission slip... or your exit ramp

Come, if you're...

  • Running a real business (clients, revenue, the works) inside a week that doesn't feel like yours
  • Hovering somewhere between $5K and $8K months and ready to triple
  • Wearing all the hats and quietly wondering which ones to burn
  • Craving simple: fewer offers, fewer tools, fewer tabs, a business that can hold you
  • Done trading more hours for the same money

Skip it, honestly, if you're...

  • Just starting out with no offer and no clients yet (you'd be paying to watch someone else's chapter twelve)
  • Hunting a passive-income hack (this is a business, not a vending machine)
  • Hoping someone else will do the work (it's simpler work, but it's still yours)

Asked and answered

I'm nowhere near multi-six figures. Is this still for me?

The number isn't the point... the shape is. If your business is real and your hours are stretched, the calendar, the offer structure, the systems and the subtraction list all scale down beautifully. What doesn't scale is burnout.

What if I can't make it live?

The replay lands in your inbox either way. But the Q&A is live only, and it's usually the best part.

Is this a pitch in disguise?

Here's the honest version: the hour teaches fully. At the end I'll mention my mastermind once and tell you exactly who it's for and who it's not. That's that. You're not just another lead in a funnel here, and that's not how I do this.

Is it really free?

This one is, and it's the only one that will be. From October, The 20 in 20 runs monthly with a small ticket, because free rooms fill with maybes and a ticket fills the room with women who are serious. September is free because it's our first time meeting, and the hour has to earn that.

One hour. Your real week, back on the table.
